About the Founder
Shonda Hobbs is an educator, visionary, and equity driven leader with over 17 years of experience transforming classrooms, schools, and communities. As the founder of Knozzy, Shonda created the platform to bridge the gap between talented educators and the systems that need them most. Her passion for purpose driven leadership, culturally responsive instruction, and educational entrepreneurship inspired her to build a space where educators especially those from underrepresented backgrounds can thrive beyond the classroom.
Shonda holds an Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction and has served as a teacher, instructional coach, and literacy leader. She is known for her dynamic professional learning experiences, data informed coaching, and unwavering commitment to student achievement. Through Knozzy, she empowers educators to own their expertise, grow sustainable businesses, and impact learning on their own terms.
